Who Am I
My name is Slava, 44.
Let me be upfront: I’m one of those people who actually enjoys marketing. Not the “growth hacking” kind. The real kind — where you build something people care about.
I’m a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (FCIM), which is the highest membership grade CIM offers. Less than 1% of marketers globally hold it. I’m not saying this to flex — I’m saying it because it took 15 years of CMO work and a lot of honest mistakes to get there.
Also co-founding LIVE.LOVE — a running and swimming community that started as a social media flashmob and became a real sports startup. That project taught me something no MBA covers: the strongest marketing isn’t advertising. It’s belonging.

Along the way I joined a few boards. Ten-plus years around boardroom tables gave me one useful superpower: translating between “what marketing does” and “what the business actually needs.” These are not always the same conversation. Today I build marketing systems with AI agents which I call Restless Brain. Not prompting chatbots — actual automated workflows that do the real work. And storing knowledge.
I also study. EMBA, currently. Because 15 years of experience is only useful if you keep questioning it.
This blog is where I think out loud — marketing, AI, building things in impossible conditions. Ukraine, wartime included. No templates. No best practices. Just what I’ve actually seen work. My work for you.
Best regards,
RESTLESS BRAIN: Where knowledge never sleeps, and connections never die.
